During a biblical counseling held on 5th November 2021, Charles Bethel a Proffesor at Bible College in USA said that even wounded hearts can counsel.
This was after he was asked by a participant a question ” Can heart wounded counsel?”
The words were said in a zoom meeting that was held to teach people around the globe about Bible counseling .
According to Charles Bethel , all people around the globe face a lot of hardships but they counsel others. He added that regardless of what a person might be going through they should always be there when needed by others.
” Yes off course , a wounded heart can counsel , we are all hurt at some point but we keep counseling people around us . ” Charles Bethel replied
Another speaker Daniel Best compared one’s faith to two trees , one that believes in (man) and one that believes in God
He said that one that believes in God will always be a good counsel to others and one that believes in man will only bear fruits of anger , same to a tree that bears thorns.
Muwanguzi Deogracious a Pastor of United Faith Evangelistic Ministries , and the host from Uganda says that it’s good for people to know biblical counseling.
” Biblical counseling will help people in the country to heal from their pain and sorrow.” Muwanguzi Deogracious added.
The Zoom meeting included a number of lessons such as the seven theological truths that guide Biblical counseling, The word of God .
According to Tracy Achen a UFEM fella , she says that such sessions have taught her a lot and she changed her life . She adds that this was not her first time to interact as they have always had sessions.
Nicole Sharpe a representative from the USA ( New York) said she came in late but still benefited from the session.
Muwanguzi Deogracious added that the students who attended might be awarded with certificates after they complete all the sessions.
This Biblical counseling training was via Zoom and it had a number of participants around the World.
