On Friday, 12th February 1982, amidst the tumultuous NRA war, Kyagulanyi Sentamu Robert was born at Nkozi Hospital to Margaret Nalunkuuma and JW Sentamu. Today at 43 years old, he made a heartfelt return to the place of his birth to celebrate with new horns and their mothers.
On 12th in a touching gesture, Kyagulanyi decided to visit Nkozi Hospital, sharing love and joy with new mothers and babies born on the same day. Kyagulanyi said that his visit was made possible by the hospitable hospital administration, who warmly welcomed him and other guests.
Nkozi Hospital CEO Dr. Crescent Tumuhaise thanked Kyagulanyi for thinking about his place of birth and for the giving heart. He led the health workers to handover birthday accolade to the birthday boy.
“I am immensely grateful for the kind messages and the outpouring of love from all of you, my friends. I am truly humbled,” said Kyagulanyi expressing profound gratitude for the support received.
As the day drew to a close, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and appreciation, reminding everyone of the beauty of life’s milestones and the importance of giving back to the community.
