Mbarara Archdiocese has released a tentative funeral program for the fallen Archbishop Emeritus, Paul Kamuza Bakyenga.
According to the program, the Archbishop will be buried on Sunday 23rd July, 2023 at Nyamitanga Cathedral starting with Holy Mass.
Bishop Bakyenga died today morning at Nsambya Hospital Kampala where he had been hospitalized for medication. The cause of his death is still concealed.

The diocese has also organized several masses at the diocese – Our Lady of Perpetual Help Nyamitanga Cathedral, at Nyamitanga Hill, Nyamitanga Division Nyamitanga City.
A vigil has been scheduled for Friday 21st July, 2023 at Nyamitanga Cathedral and final send off on Sunday.
