Ambrosoli Consult CEO, Byamugisha Named TCAU SACCO Spokesperson Transformer Cadres Co-operative Society LTD has named Byamugisha Ambrose, the CEO of Ambrosoli Consult their SAACCO Spokesperson.
This was during their General Meeting held at Mulago Guest House, Kampala on Saturday 15th April, 2023.
Byamugisha was anonymously elected the publicity Secretary/ Spokesperson for the Sacco in a free and fair voting exercise by the thirds of the cooperative members.
TCAU SACCO was formed out of the NRM members of parliament cadres who lost in the 2020 party primaries under their umbrella Transformer Cadres Association.
A businessman, educationist and research consult mogul, Byamugisha is among the most influential persons in the politics of Mitooma district where he hails.
In 2020, he attempted to contest for the Ruhinda county MP seat but he lost in primaries. Notwithstanding, the challenges of the result outcomes, he in 2022 was among many NRM cadres that had showed interests in contesting for the East African Legislative Assembly representative however, the move became shortlived after the party National Chairman and top leadership endorsed the then incumbent legislators.
He did not sit and wait but was joined to the Transformer Cadres Association where he’s since become an active member a contribution that has sparked his election to speak for the association’s SACCO.
Speaking to Parrots Media shortly after his election to the position, Byamugisha pledged to use the new powers vested in him to unify all NRM cadres as well as lobbying for the association and its members.
The chairman of the Sacco is former minister of state for economic monitoring (Office of the President) Hon. Henry Banyenzaki who lost an election for Rubanda West in Rubanda -Kabale.
