PAKWACH: The Pakwach district and Nebbi greater best student in the just recently released Primary Leaving Examination results has passed on.
The deceased is identified as Rwothomio Elvin, a pupil at Pajobi Primary School where he sat for his PLE and emerged the best in the district and greater Nebbi after scoring six aggregates.
He died last evening at Pakwach district’s Health Center IV.
Preliminary reports indicate that Rwothomio has been battling illnesses for weeks and reportedly needed blood transfusion but unfortunately, there was no blood at the Health center IV at the time of his need.
By the time of compiling this report, the bereaved family was in preparation for funeral of their son.
