Unknown gunmen on Wednesday morning arrested the proprietor of Lira school of health sciences Ambrose Ocen and taken him to unknown detention.
The alleged abductors were using a Toyota hiace vehicle commonly referred to as ‘drone’.
Reports indicate that the gunmen were wearing black civilian clothes and had masked their faces making it difficult to be identified
The secretary defense of Gwengabara cell, Boke Ward in Lira City East division where the school is located, Sam Obete who witnessed Ocen’s arrest told reports that his resident was picked up from the school by the three unidentified men who walked on foot but were being followed by the drone taxi, registration number, UBD 711R.
Ocen’s whereabouts are still unknown to his family and his personal lawyers.
