Kira Road Police has arrested over 50 youth that were at a house party at Malaika apartments located in Semwogerere zone, Bukoto Parish in Nakawa Division.
According to police, the youth were arrested following reports lodged in by the neighbours complaining about the noise pollution by the youth especially during night hours. Police says that the youth were allegedly playing open sex on the roadsides.
This prompted security to to seize the place and made arrests. Police says that they will be charged in Courts of law for defying the Presidential Directives on curfew & Covid 19 SOPs.
By press time, neither Malaika Apartments nor the Police have come out with an official statement about the matter.
