Faith of Unity has handed over a donation worth shs 800 million to the government of Uganda to boost disaster relief to affected people in Kiteezi Landfill slide .
Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka, the leader and founder of the Faith of Unity with its headquarters in Kapyemi Kagadi District has today (August 27) donated items to the government of Uganda in the presence of the third deputy prime minister of Uganda, Hon Rukia Isanga Nakaddama.

In his remarks, Owobusobozi Bisaka thanked the president of Uganda and the government for the peace and freedom that has paved ways to the believers of the Faith of Unity to work hard and it’s the reasons as to why they have come up as the Faith to extend a relief to the affected people of Kiteezi. In the Items delivered included 50 tonnes of cassava , 18 tonnes of ground nets , 6 tonnes and 600kgs of rice , Cows Worth 10 millions 18 tonnes of Maize flour, 30 tonnes of Cassava flours among others.

The third deputy prime minister who doubles as the minister of Kampala Hon Rukia Isanga Nakaddama thanked Owobusobozi Bisaka for the massive donation for Kiteezi people. Nakaddama also assured the people of Kiteezi that the government is set to get them land where they are going to resettle and also it’s ready not to stop supporting them in any possible condition.

Third Deputy PM Lukia Nakadama together with Owobusobozi Bisaka and officials from KCCA and the Faith of Unity at a function to receive relief items donated by Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka on Tuesday.

The Minster of Kampala Hon Minsa Kabanda also thanked Owobusobozi for the massive donation and also supporting president Museveni .
