God has lost it all in the pearly of Africa after president lockdown all places of worship allowing lodges to remain operating.
During his address on corona virus, Museveni directed among other things that all communal prayers be suspended for 42 days as a measure to combat the easy spread of the new wave of COVID-19.
“All communal prayers are banned for 4w days. Churches, mosques and Open air worship closed for 42 days,” Museveni directed.
The president who encouraged the faithful and religious leaders to resort to online prayers further distorted the message when he allowed lodges to remain open.
“Lodges should operate without bars with adherence to SOPs because the drunkards do not understand Shops,” he said.
The decision has pooled debates and mixed reactions from the religious citizens with many accusing Museveni of demonic actions asking why he would close places of worship but leave lodges unlocked.
In Uganda, lodges are popularly known for harbouring prostitutes, sex workers and others sorts of criminals which the faithful characterise as devilish acts.
