“I am parking; have you ever driven such a car?” he says before adding, “She’s there disturbing me over Shs 30,000. How much money have I spent here? Do you think I can run away with Shs 100,000? I can slap you even with these cameras here and tomorrow we go to court,” said a man who was later established to be a police officer.
