The territorial police in Amuru district has in custody two medics for alleged theft of government drugs.
The suspects are Stella Martin and his accomplice Okot Bernard, both of whom are incharge of Omer Health Centre II.
The Aswa regional police spokesperson ASP David Ongom Mudongo said the duo were arrested on June 16 after a tip off from whistle blowers.
They were found with malaria RDT testing kits, contraceptives and Facemasks.
Police confiscated the stolen drugs as exhibit and the suspects according to Ongom are currently being detained at Amuru Central Police Station pending court arraignment.
