KAMPALA:
Residents of Ssisa-Namulanda in Entrbbe municipality Wakiso district have accused the districh chairperson LCV, Matia Lwanga Bwanika and National Envirinmental Committee (NEC) of frustrating investors from investing in the area which has limited investments.

The residents say government has failed to create jobs for the youth and some government officials are intimidating investors who are trying to create jobs in the area.
The angry residents further accused Wakiso district leaders of corruption practices.
