Nabakka has a wealth of experience in the telecom industry, having served in various roles at Airtel, including Head of Revenue Planning and Geo Marketing at WARID Telecom. She also held the same position at Airtel Tanzania for two years before returning to Uganda to oversee the Data and Devices Portfolio in product development.
Nabakka’s contribution to Airtel Uganda’s growth has been significant, particularly during the WARID/Airtel merger in 2013. She played a key role in selecting the final product portfolio and ensuring a seamless launch for customers. Additionally, she has been instrumental in the introduction of popular products such as FREAKY FRIDAY, DOUBLE DATA, and DATA MY PAKALAST.
Having represented the brand at major events, Nabakka possesses a comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications sector and the Airtel brand. Her dedication to enhancing customer experience and establishing valuable partnerships has been paramount to Airtel’s success.
Nabakka holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Makerere University, an MBA from Cavendish University, and a CPA qualification. Her expertise, combined with her years of experience, will undoubtedly enable Airtel Uganda to deliver exceptional services to its extensive and ever-evolving customer base across the country.
