Latest reports on Parrots UG indicate that police has retrieved dead from a septic tank at the home of Francis Onebe in Muyenga, Makindye division.

The recovery of the body follows the opening of a second wrapped item recovered in the septic tank last week after police discovered the body of his wife Immaculate Onebe who he had reported missing on January 6, 2021.

According to Police, the couple was running a private security company, Pentagon Security Limited and an audit firm, Price and Kings Audit Consultancy.

Onebe is the chief executive officer of both companies. His wife was the managing director.

The wife’s remains were found after homicide detectives conducted a search at Onabe’s home on Wednesday.

Police said Onebe had one child with Immaculate and three other children with other women.

According to investigations, the couple first met in Nairobi, Kenya, in 1982 and lived as husband and wife. They, however, separated and reunited after 14 years. According to a preliminary CID report, they formally wedded in 2000.

After the wife purportedly went missing, Onebe filed a report to the Police, but also contacted television stations claiming that his wife had been picked by a ‘drone’, — mini-bus vehicles that have come to be associated with security operatives.

Onebe also shared CCTV footage that appeared to show a drone driving by his wife near their residence. Onebe reportedly claimed she went missing when she reportedly went shopping.

Investigations

According to Investigators, the businessman drugged and killed Immaculate before dumping her body in the septic tank. Scene of crime officers who combed the septic tank for evidence said the decomposing body (skeleton) had missing fingers on the left hand.

The body was reportedly put in a sack with eight bricks, tied firmly with barbed wire, which was also wrapped around the deceased’s neck. The body had only undergarments.

Pamela Eyero, the deceased’s sister, said Onebe and Immaculate met at the Evelyn’s College of Design in Kenya in 1982. “They had a daughter, who is the only child between them,” Eyero said.

Around 2007, Eyero said Onebe and Immaculate formally married in church. She said the couple developed misunderstandings over Onabe’s other children.
