NUP then opted to reschedule the launch to tomorrow Saturday November 7.
Yesterday, the district Deputy RDC, Emmy Turyabagyenyi Kateera, said Bobi Wine and NUP had not formally informed city authorities about the launch.
However, Jolly Mugisha, the regional NUP Vice President told reports today that the party will hold the launch at their offices having failed to secure hostage at city hotels which allegedly faced gov’t closure should they host the event.
