North Eastern Regional League side Elite FC have shocked StarTimes Uganda Premier League side Arua Hill SC in the Round of 64 of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.

Elite ejected Arua Hill 2-1 in the penalty shootouts of the game that ended 1-1 in normal time at Lira Integrated School on Sunday.

On the same day, the other two SUPL teams that were also in action Express FC and UPDF FC advanced to the Round of 32.

Express edged Buganda Regional League side Kajjansi United FC 2-1 at Uganda Clays Ground while UPDF needed shootouts to see off Western Regional League side Bushenyi Veterans FC 4-1 following a 0-0 draw at Bushenyi Stadium.

Elite FC, Express FC, and UPDF FC have joined a list of other in the Round of 32; Bright Stars FC, Onduparaka FC, Mbarara City FC, Paidha Black Angels FC, Kigezi HomeBoyz FC, Mbale Heroes FC, Adjumani Town Council FC, Lugazi FC, Wakiso Giant FC, Kisugu United FC, Kyinga Boys FC, Gorilla Highland FC, Blacks Power FC, SC Villa, Police FC, Vipers SC, BUL FC, Kitara FC, Ndejje University FC, Jinja North United FC, Admin FC, Junior Eagles FC, Pajule Lions FC, Bunyaruguru FC, and Blue Stars FC.

The Monday fixtures in the Round of 64 of the Stanbic Uganda Cup

– KJT Vs KCCA- Nakivubo Blue – 4pm

– Uganda Pentecostal University Vs URA FC – St. Leo’s Lower, Kabarore -4pm
