Police in Wakiso is investigating Lt.Gen.Henry Tumukunde on allegations of assault. It is alleged that on 19/9 /021,at 1700/c at Muduuma in Mpigi District,Gen.Tumukunde assaulted one Jasimwa Willy 29 yrs a labourer with “Enkoni”, accusing him of trespass on his land.

Police in Wakiso district is investigating the former presidential candidate, Lt. Gen. Henry Tumukunde for allegedly assaulting a civilian in Mpingi.
It is alleged that on 19 September,2021, Tumukunde while in Muduuma village in Wakiso at his farm,assaulted Willy Jasomwa,29, a casual labourer at Betty Namusiisi.

The police CID Spokesperson, Chrles Twiine said Tumukunde allegedly used a stick ömunyaffe” to assult at his prey.

“It is alleeged that Gen. Tumuunde further threatened more harm on Jamiswa or any other person caught in his land without his consent,” Twine said.
According to Twiine, the assaulted is a casual labourer at Namusisi Betty who has disputes with Tumukunde.” he said.
