Ssemujju Nganda when he tried to question the absence of the first lady and minister of Education and sports,Janet Museveni.
When the former opposition chief whip interrupted the state minister of Education John Muyingo’s submission by demanding to know from the deputy speaker of parliament why the the minister of Education and sports was not in parliament to respond to the sensitive matters raised by members.
