Police at Makerere has arrested Dembe Dumba on allegations of burglary, Ampaa Metropoitan Poice Deputy PRO ASP Luke Owoyesigyire has said.
Dumba was caught red-handed in the ceiling of the school of forestry where he was hiding after stealing laptops and other gadgets.
Police says upon arrest, he was found with seven laptops and other items which he had stolen from the office.
According to Owoyesigyire, the suspect is currently detained at Makerere police station on charges of thefty as investigations continues.
