Police in Dokolo district have arrested a man who has been passing off as a woman in Dokolo town council
The suspect who has been calling himself Brendah was arrested at Dokolo Health Centre IV where he had gone for treatment following a short illness.
It is alleged that when the suspects fell sick, he was admitted to the women ward at the health centre where health workers discovered that he was a man impersonating women.
This proved a health risk to the women in the ward and health workers immediately tipped off police which came and arrested him.
Barbra Akech, the Dokolo Resident District Commissioner security offered a vehicle to take the suspect to Gulu from where he would proceed to his village in Amuru district.
