KYOTERA:
A 61-year-old woman has survived the brutal grim of death after being attacked by machete-wielding assailants in Kyotera District.
The victim has been identified as Maria Goreth Nakyanzi, a resident of Kyango-Kazo Cell, Kyotera District. She was last evening while entering her house, attacked by machete-wielding attackers who amputed her right arm.
On Thursday morning, the assailants dropped letters threatening to murder several other residents.
Police from Kyotera visited the scene of the crime on time but no one has been arrested.
By the time of compiling this report, Nakyanzi was still admitted at Kyotera Medical center as investigations are ongoing.
