Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has now directed the concerned ministries and agencies who are involved in the exercise of delivering Covid-19 Relief Funds to publish the names and photos of the Vulnerable people who have received the relief funds / beneficiaries.
Kakumiro woman MP revealed that the idea of publishing the names and photos will prove to the public that the funds were not consumed by the government.
She however, disclosed that they have so far covered the biggest percentage proving that the exercise has been very successful. And that the exercise is to be concluded on Wednesday.
Shs52bn is to be given to boda boda riders, taxi drivers, saloon attendants, musicians and all other businesses that were affected by June 18th lockdown restrictions. These funds are allocated by the Government.
