In a recent event held in Kakabala Bukwenda, the renowned spiritual leader, Omukama Ruhaga Owobusobozi Bisaka, inaugurated 784 new staff members known as Bahereza for the Faith of Unity. This faith, with its headquarters in Kapyemi Muhororo Kagadi, aims to promote unity and end disunity among believers.
The three-day function saw 378 individuals from various religions, such as Catholics, Protestants, and Muslims, join the Faith of Unity after being influenced by Owobusobozi Bisaka’s teachings. Many attendees were astonished at how they had been led astray by the colonization of Africa, which resulted in divisions based on different religions and imported ideologies. Owobusobozi Bisaka stressed the importance of unity regardless of one’s education, title, age, or religion. He emphasized that achieving oneness is the key to true harmony.
During the event, Owobusobozi Bisaka presented the new believers with a book entitled “The Book of God of the Age of Oneness,” which he authored to replace the white Bibles. This book advocates for unity and dispels disunity. Additionally, the new believers received The Faith of Unity Calendar, which designates specific days for prayer and rest, namely the 2nd, 12th, and 22nd of each month. On these days, believers gather for prayer, while the remaining 27 days are dedicated to work. This unique approach has contributed to the wealth of the believers in the Faith of Unity compared to followers of other religions.
At the same function, 784 individuals were inaugurated as Bahereza. These new staff members will be responsible for teaching the Word of Oneness in Unity. In his address to the staff, Owobusobozi Bisaka urged them to act as representatives of the faith, abstaining from alcohol, witchcraft, and any harmful actions towards others.
The faithful in Kakabala Bukwenda expressed their appreciation for Owobusobozi Bisaka’s spiritual and physical healing abilities, as they received generous gifts such as money, cows, and goats. It is noteworthy that these healing services are provided free of charge, setting the Faith of Unity apart from other religions that require payment for such services.
The inauguration of the 784 new Bahereza and the influx of individuals joining the Faith of Unity demonstrate its growing influence and appeal. Owobusobozi Bisaka’s teachings on unity and the eradication of disunity have resonated with many, prompting them to abandon their previous beliefs and embrace the ideology of oneness. As the Faith of Unity continues to expand, it promises to foster unity among people of different backgrounds, bridging gaps that have long divided societies.
