The games were held at kyadondo rugby grounds and they were called the Buffalo 7s.The games took 2days and that was on the 15th and 16th of October ,on the first day among all the 14 teams that played only 4 teams were able to make it to the main cup semi- finals and they were ; Heathens, Pirates, Kobs, Jinja Hippos.
On the second day (October 16), Jinja Hippos played against Heathens and won 12:05, whereas Pirates played against Kobs and won 15:14. Pirates and Hippos made it to the finals and the game ended 7:00 in favour of Pirates. The winners were given medals and a trophy and the second runners were given medals too.
The MVP of the day was William Nkore of Pirates while the top try scorer of the day was Lawrence Ssebuliba of Heathens.
Not forgetting they were 7 circuits played and in all, the Hippos were able to top the table and they were declared as the overall winners of 2022, 7s circuits.
The overall MVP of the 7s tournament 2022 was Aaron Tukei of Buffaloes and Hippo’s Timothy Mugisha scooped the overall top scorer of the tournament medal
