SK Mbuga construction of Kansanga Channel stopped

City tycoon SK Mbuga has been stopped from continuing with his construction plans of a water channel in Sakala Zone that connects Kansanga and Lukuli Nganda.

The state minister for Kampala, Kabuye Kyofatogabye has said that he cannot accept an individual to construct a public road or a bridge channel noting that he would direct KCCA to take over the construction exercise.

Doreen Kagabi, the Makindye Division RCC has said that she will investigate the delayed plans to construct this bridge.

Meanwhile, SK Mbuga has insisted to collaborate with KCCA to ensure that this channel is constructed to its completion.

Sakala Zone channel that connects Kansanga and Lukuli Nganda zone

The Sakala bridge that connects Kansanga and Lukuli Nganda gets its waters from collects waters from parts of Nsambya, Kansanga Nabutiiti, Lukuli, IUEA university (Didi’s world) Kiwempe zone, Kibati, Sakala zone, which is then poured into Lake Victoria at Ggaba. The main bridge is at Pastor Kiwewesi’s Kansanga Miracle Centre church.
