The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) will release the 2025 Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examination results on Friday.
In a brief message posted on its official X platform, UNEB stated, “No more waiting,” confirming the long-awaited release of the Senior Four results.
UNEB executive director Dan Odongo, through board principal public relations officer Jennifer Kalule Musamba, said the board will first brief the Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Kataaha Museveni, on the candidates’ performance today (Thursday, February 12, 2026).
Kalule added that the official release ceremony will take place on Friday at State House Lodge, Nakasero, starting at 11:00am. The education minister is expected to preside over the function and formally announce the results.
A total of 432,159 candidates from 4,308 examination centres across the country registered to sit for the 2025 UCE examinations conducted between October 13 and November 7, 2025.
The UCE examinations mark the end of lower secondary education and determine learners’ transition to advanced level and other tertiary training institutions.
