42 People are feared dead after a plane carrying 67 passengers onboard crashed in Kazakhstan.
According to the Kazakhstan, the plane Airline flight J2-8243 belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines caught fire as it went down near the city of Katau.
The Azerbaijan transport ministry says the plane was carrying 62 passengers and 5 members of the crew, and was en route from the capital Baku to Grozyn in Russia.
“The plane was diverted due to fog,” authorities said.
25 people survived, 22 of whom have been taken to hospital. But, the fire was extinguished on time. The cause of this fire remains unknown.
