In an exciting development, Jinja-based Gadaffi Football Club has undergone a transformative rebranding, emerging as Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC) FC.
Unveiled in Entebbe yesterday, UPPC takes the reins, ushering in a fresh chapter for the club.
Renowned tactician Allan Kabonge, based in Entebbe, will steer UPPC FC’s resurgence.
His impressive track record of promoting Big League teams to the Uganda Premier League (UPL) instills confidence and his immediate focus is navigating the Big League, leveraging his expertise to secure promotion.
“My target and mission is to promote this club to Uganda Premier League,you know I have done it five times and somewhere it was possible even without funds but here,I know I will use the available resources to do the needful.” noted Kabonge.
With UPPC’s backing and Kabonge’s tactical prowess, the stage is set for UPPC FC to reclaim its spot among Uganda’s football elite.
The team will also be fueled by the services of talented Savio Kabugo,Tom Kakaire, Samuel Kawawa, Devis Kasirye among others.
UPPC FC will play their first big league game this Sunday, against Kigezi Home Boys at their new home ground Entebbe.
