The Uganda People’s Defense Forces (ADG) have put out of action the Allied Defense Force (ADF) commander and medic, Dr. Musa.
Musa was according to security reports killed by a joint force of UPDF 38th battalion and DRC army FARDC at Mugulumugulu, in Tokomeka, Northwest Kainama on April 9.
Maj. Bilal Katumba, the Operation Shujaa Mountain Division spokesperson said the deceased ea Rwandan national who has been working closely with another notorious ADF commander Muhammad Luminsa. An SM machine gun and walk talkie radio belonging to the deceased were recovered from the scene.
This is a second ADF command to be killed after the death of another commander, Baghdad who was killed in Ambusire, Tingwe, 16.5km from Elengeti town in Ituri province on April 4. The Updf has since tightened its belts to pursue ADF rebels from their hideouts.
