Little, an Africa-focused mobility and digital services platform, has reaffirmed its commitment to Uganda, pledging to expand reliable, convenient and accessible transport solutions across the country.
The company said the commitment comes at a time when Uganda’s mobility needs are growing and changing, requiring transport services that can be relied upon for daily travel, business engagements and airport transfers.
Casper Njoga, the Country Manager of Little Uganda, said the company is focused on improving the mobility experience for both passengers and driver-partners.
“Mobility is not simply about getting from one point to another. It is about giving people the confidence to plan their day knowing they have access to transport they can depend on,” Njoga said.
He said Little would continue listening to customers and driver-partners while investing in solutions that respond to their needs.
For riders, the company said it is prioritising convenience, reliability and safety to make movement around Kampala and other parts of Uganda easier.
Monica, a Little rider in Kampala, said the service had become part of her daily routine because of its convenience and dependability.
She said the platform gives her confidence when travelling to work, attending meetings or running errands around the city.
Better opportunities for drivers
Little said its commitment also extends to driver-partners, whom it described as central to its mobility ecosystem.
The company said it offers some of the lowest commission rates in the market and provides drivers with instant access to their earnings.
Joseph, a Little driver-partner, said the platform had created more opportunities for him to earn while giving him flexibility.
“Little has given us more opportunities to earn while giving us flexibility and faster access to our earnings,” he said.
He added that the relationship between the company and its driver-partners enables them to provide better services to customers.
Njoga said Little would continue investing in platform accessibility, service quality and strategic partnerships as it expands its footprint in Uganda.
“Ugandans deserve a mobility service they can count on every day. That is the commitment we are making,” he said.
Little operates as a technology-driven mobility and digital services platform, connecting customers to transport and other services while creating opportunities for drivers, businesses and service providers.
