The chancellor Ibanda University Professor Vanansius Baryamureba has advised graduands to look for jobs of their passion to avoid poor performances and abandoning jobs due to lack of interest.
In his remarks, at the 6th graduation ceremony he revealed that most jobs are being poorly done and abandoned because people seek for jobs they don’t love for the sake of earning.
He urges the graduates to work hard with good morals and always be persistent at their work for every work has disasters and tests.
Jovelyne Kalisa Kyomukama the deputy national coordinator for Parish development model who has been the chief guest commended the university for bringing service closer and contributing to the area development.
She challenged graduands to keep learning new skills than relying on their courses only.
A total of 731 have graduated today in diploma and degree courses at Ibanda University on the 6th graduation.
