NATIONAL
Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board (UBTEB) has announced it will today, Wensday (April5) release results of students that sat the November-December 2022 technical and business examination series.

The First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Kataha Museveni, is expected to preside over the official release of the results at President’s Office, Conference Hall, at 11:00 a.m.

According to a statement by UBTEB on Tuesday, the results to be released are of candidates who completed their studies in Technical Diploma programmes, Business Diploma programmes and Business Certificate programmes as well as Uganda Community Polytechnic-Modular, Advanced Craft and Physical and Biological Diploma and Certificate programmes

“The exams were conducted between 21 November to 22 December, 2022 for a total of 72,247 candidates (21,641female 50,606 male) from 600 examination centers across the country,” says Onesmus Oyesigye, UBTEB Executive Secretary.

A total of 34,736 (48%) registered for end of module assessment and 37,511(52%) registered for End of programme examinations.
