Rubirizi district in the Southwest Uganda is mourning the death of her young Engineer, Scovia Turinawe who died on Monday morning at Nakaseero hospital Kampala.
Turinawe in her mid twenties was a finalist Student at Mukono based Uganda Christian University [UCU] pursuing Bachelor of Civil & Environmental Engineering (BCEE).
According to the university, Turinawe died at Nakaseero hospital where she has been admitted.
The university further said that the deceased will be laid to rest at her ancestral home in Nyakaaka, Mushumba Ndekye Bunyaruguru present-day Rubirizi district.
However, the cause of death was by press was not disclosed as the bereaved still awaited for a postmortem report
Turinawe is known for her spiritual works at UCU and used to ministering at Janan Luwumu Hall.
Close contacts known to the deceased have described her as a hospitable person who took preaching of the word of God at the University.
