The Uganda Investment Authority’s (UIA) second Investors’ Baraza is a proactive step towards addressing investment challenges and fostering a conducive business environment. By engaging directly with investors and providing a platform for them to raise queries, UIA demonstrates its commitment to supporting investment growth.

The involvement of various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) such as URA, NEMA, UBOS, NSSF, UEDCL, and ERA will likely provide valuable insights and solutions to investors. The one-stop center initiative is particularly noteworthy, as it streamlines services for investors, reducing bureaucratic hurdles.
Holding the Baraza in different regions of Uganda will help address localized investment challenges and promote regional development. Overall, this initiative showcases UIA’s dedication to creating an investor-friendly environment and promoting economic growth in Uganda.
