Arua Hill sports Club earned their first ever League win in a season opener against the reigning Uganda Premier League champions Express FC.
Arua Hill netted their first goal in the 61st minute through Robert Eseru and later on in the 84th minute of play Rashid Kawawa gave the Kongolo a double lead at Wankulukuku.
Efforts by the red eagles to score were futile as the Kongolos had a solid backline.
Arua Hill was recently promoted from the Startimes Uganda Big league after emerging champions.
In other games, Mbarara City FC beat Solitilo Bright Stars 3-1 at Kakyeka stadium as Onduparaka and UPDF shared points at Greenlight stadium.
