The atmosphere surrounding Kitabi Seminary is filled with joy and excitement as the school puts up an outstanding performance in the 2023 Uganda Certificate Examinations(UCE)
Excelling in academics has become a common occurrence for the seminarians, a testament to their dedication to human formation and academic excellence.
Emerging as the top-performing school in Bushenyi district, Kitabi Seminary achieved an impressive 91.6% pass rate in the recent examinations. Out of the 72 students who sat for the exams, 66 passed in Division 1, while the remaining six obtained second grade. Noteworthy is the fact that the best student in the school achieved an impressive 10 aggregate points in eight subjects.
The accomplishments of Kitabi Seminary have long been recognized, with the institution producing numerous Catholic priests, bishops, politicians, and other prominent figures in Uganda since its establishment in 1935. These individuals have served the country with utmost dedication and trust, making significant contributions in their respective fields.
The school’s reputation for nurturing exceptional talent and maintaining high academic standards has garnered attention from influential figures. Most recently, a TikTok video featuring His Excellency, the President of Uganda, discussing the remarkable trust and intelligence of the seminarians has gone viral on various media platforms. Drawing from his own experiences during his high school days at Ntare School, the President lauded the seminarians as individuals of exceptional caliber, emphasizing their reliability and intellect.

With its rich history and track record of producing outstanding individuals, Kitabi Seminary remains a coveted institution for those seeking a well-rounded education and a bright future.
