KAMPALA
Police have launched investigations into the death of Ugandan TikToker Diana Skyz, also known as Nyash Maama, whose body was discovered in her rented apartment in Kisaasi-Kyanja, a suburb of Kampala.
According to her friends, the body was found on Wednesday morning. Preliminary reports allege that the social media personality may have been raped and killed by suspected thieves who reportedly broke into her apartment on Tuesday night.
By press time, police had not yet issued an official statement regarding the incident.
Authorities are currently treating the matter as a suspected homicide as investigations continue.
The body has been conveyed to Mulago City Mortuary for postmortem examination.
