KAMPALA
Dozens of passengers have reportedly died after a Trailer transporting beverages rammed into three Commuter Taxis and an Elfu vehicle in Buloba, Wakiso.
The accident happened on Saturday evening (April 1) at around 6:30PM at Buloba along Kampala Mityana Highway
Eyewitnesses say the driver Trailer registration number UAX628S lost control of the vehicle and collided with three other motor vehicles (registration numbers yet to identify) killing and injuring scores of passengers.
The alleged trailer was carrying mineral water and sodas.
The traffic police in Buloba have arrived at the scene of the accident and by press time, they were still retrieving bodies and rescuing the victims. More details to follow
