KAMWENGE
Seven people were on Tuesday brutally killed in a suspected Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) ambush in Kyabandara town, Kamwenge district.
The attack occurred in the last night at around 1:00am while people were sleeping.
Among the victims is Night (surname yet to disclose), the area councillor of Kyabandara.
UPDF have deployed in the area to hunt down the killers and reassure the public of security.
Deputy Updf spokesperson Col. Deo Akiiki said they are still investigating the matter and a comprehensive report will be released regarding the attack.
