At least three people died after a Nile Star bus traveling from Arua to Kampala got involved in a nasty accident on Kampala-Gulu Highway last night.
The accident happened on Friday (April 12) at 3:am in the morning when a bus registration number UBG 085C had a head on collision with a Toyota Hiace (Drone) motor vehicle with South Sudan registration number SSD 770CK that was coming from Kampala to Juba South Sudan near karuma bridge.
Three people who were occupants in the drone car died on the spot while some passengers of the bus sustained injuries and were rushed to a hospital in Kiryandongo.
It is alleged that the driver of the drone was driving on the right lane which is a driving side in South Sudan which led to the accident.
