Police in Kampala are holding five suspects in their cells on allegations of selling “suspected” mobile phones.
According to Kampala Metropolitan Police, the suspects were arrested today during an operation carried out at Cooper Complex where they arrested people who are selling suspected mobile phones.

Police also recovered over 90 suspected mobile phones during this abrupt operation.
The suspects are according to police detained at CPS Kampala on charges of possession of suspected stolen properties. Police did not however disclose the identity of the suspects.
