The uganda police through its spokes person Rusoke Kituuma have confirmed that they have taken a significant step forward in the investigation surrounding the disturbing incident at Ggaba Day Care Centre where four juveniles lost their lives, with the prime suspect Okello Christopher Onyum, currently undergoing formal processing.
According to the uganda police,the case file is nearing completion and will soon be submitted to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Uganda for perusal and legal guidance. This move signals a critical phase in the pursuit of justice, as prosecutors will determine the appropriate charges and next course of action.
The case has drawn heightened public attention following the circulation of a video in which a woman alleges that the same suspect was previously involved in the murder of her child but evaded accountability. Rusoke has confirmed that they have taken keen interest in these claims and are actively reviewing the matter as part of the ongoing investigations empasizing that their ultimate objective is to ensure that all victims receive justice and that any individual found culpable is held fully accountable under the law.
