Chaos has erupted at the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) headquarters Najjanankumbi as the party members convene to discuss findings of the Elders Committee Report on the alleged financial funding for the 2021 general elections.
The fight started when a group of goons calling themselves security personnel at the party were denied access to the premises. Other chaotic voices could be heard from party members who were denied entry to attend the meeting.
It should be recalled that party leadership set today Friday 28th July, 2023, the date for National Council Meeting to discuss findings of the report of the Elders Committee headed by Dr. Frank Nabwiso that was instituted to investigate the suspicious money allegedly by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni government to fund the 2021 electoral activities within the FDC.

Nathan Nandala Mafabi, party President Patrick Oboi Amuriat (the Najjanankumbi faction) who are accused of receiving the money and another group headed by the party spokesperson Hon. Ssemujju Nganda and Kampala City Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago.
