Galactical Mabira Football Club has this Wednesday, 1st October 2025 unveiled its 25 man squad during a press conference held at Legacy Chill Out in Kasese town.
The squad includes 10 new signings, with standout additions such as Muhinzi Umaru from Calvary Midigo FC, Mawako Geoffrey from Kaaro Karungi FC, Wasswa Matovu from Lake Katwe Salt City FC, Muhindo Karim and Kaswara Ason from Fort City FC, Ssewanyana Kevin from Mwenge Giants, and Tayebya Gerald from Hamukungu Marines.
Other new players include Mwanamwolho Harrison, Alinaitwe Wycliff Abaala, and Ashraf Musa.
The Club president Mr. Miramao Patrick emphasized the team’s ambition to win the Kitara Regional League title following a strong debut last season.
“Finishing second in our first season demonstrates our potential,” he said.
Mr. Moris Muhindo Bakal the club Chief Executive Officer expressed confidence that the new signings would help the club achieve its goal of qualifying for Uganda’s Big League (2nd Division).
The squad unveiling was celebrated with a friendly match against Nyakasanga Select FC, where Galactical Mabira FC secured a 1-0 victory via a penalty kick netted by Matovu Wasswa.
