City businessman who is on charges of sexual harassments against women in Kampala is again in a boiling waters after more ladies have come out to raise accuse him of the same.
Denis Mutumba, a businessman operating a Dog’s food shop in Luzira and surrounding areas is on remand at Kitalya prisons for asexually assaulting a woman in 2019.
Fresh accusations have risen against him and the latest being a female student at Makerere University Business School -MUBS Nakawa.
Today, police at Jinja road has received a complaint from a female MUBS student pinning Mutumba for asexually assaulting her twice in May, 2021.
The victim whose identity has not been disclosed for security purposes alleges that Mutumba served her with drinks mixed with chloroform inside her motor vehicle while they drove to a restaurant where he had called her for lunch.
In a statement recorded at Jinja road police station, the victim told police that the drinks made her unconscious which Mutumba took advantage of and soon after gaining consciousness, she realized she had been engaged into sexual intercourse against her will.
Luke Owoyesigyire, the Kampala metropolitan police Spokesperson says police has commenced on investigations in to the matter.
He appealed to other “Victims” of Mutumba acts to report to police for justice.
