The Buganda Road court has on Tuesday morning charged and sent on remand renown book writer Kakwenza Rukirabashaija alia Rukira, for offensive communication.
Court found that Kakwenza is guilty after he abused the first son, Lt Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba on his twitter handle by calling him an OBESE General. He has been charged with offensive communication/ computer misuse, and remanded to Kitalya prison until January 21.
Kakwenza has been brought in the absence of cameras and was not allowed to tell how his situation is.
The arraignment of the Novelist to court follow Hgh Court civil division orders which were passed yesterday requesting government to produce him in court whether dead or alive within 48 hours.
