A 12-year-old boy has been accused of murdering his younger brother in Texas.
A 12-year-old boy in Montgomery County, Texas, was charged with murder just hours after his 10-year-old brother was found shot in the chest.
The unidentified minor was taken into custody at the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility late Saturday, according to the sheriff’s office.
POLice responded to a 911 call in Conroe just after 2:30 p.m., where they found the 10-year-old boy with a single gunshot wound to his chest.
The boy was transported to the local hospital, where he died. How or why the shooting happened is still unclear.
