NAIROBI
The body of former treasury staff member, Tom Osinde has reportedly been found in River Kuja, police say.
Migori police Commander Peter Kimani confirmed that a relative to Tom Osinde positively identified the body.
The discovery ends the two weeks long search of Osinde after reports of his missing.
It is alleged that Osinde, a brother to Kenny Osinde former Chief of staff at the office of Deputy President William Samoi Ruto (now Kenyan President) was seen giving out bags full of cash to someone at a petrol station prior to his disappearance.
Police say the body has been taken to Migori awaiting postmortem which will either be conducted today or tomorrow before being transferred to Nakuru.
