Its all sorrows in Njeru Jinja city after Vita Foam factory, the manufacturers of Vita Foam mattresses was caught up by fire earlier this morning.
In a video that is making rounds on social media, employees at the factory are seen carrying some of the rescued mattresses while others on look at the fire flames and smoke fuming from the blazing building.
The cause of the fire is not yet identified but our teams are digging deeper into details of this developing story.
This is a third fire incident in a not less than a fortnights, two fire outbreak incidents were recently reported at Makerere University which destroyed the institution’s old Administration block – famously known as Ivory Tower. Reports into the causes of this fire has up to date not been released.
This has prompted many people question the actual causes of incontrollable fire outbreaks.
