The hand of death has struck the media fraternity after their own collapsed and died a night to Christmas celebrations.
Joseph Baguma, has been a freelance reporter for Vision Group under Bukedde Television in Masindi district.
He reportedly collapsed and died on December 24, 2023 at his home in the night.
“With deep sorrow,we commiserate with the family of our fellow colleague and leader Joseph Baguma who collapsed and passed on, the night of 24th, December 2023 at his home in Masindi district,” UJA announced.
The deceased has also been Uganda Journalists Association (UJA) coordinator in greater Masindi and the treasurer of Greater Masindi Media Practitioners Association (GMEPA).
The cause of his death and funeral arrangements have not been communicated yet. May his soul rest in peace.
